From No business to Alot of Business in 2 days!!

Visited an office that deals with blood treatment using the ozone stuff. There is some medical term for it. They get people to this place to get treatment. It was only a month back they came to me for advice. It was much of a struggle for them to get clients there and there were practically no business in that outlet. Opportunity slipping away coz the spouse deals with real estate. Many big deals just slipped away and much frustration and no peace of mind. Financial very bad and could not afford to pay the consultation fees too. So I offered to do first then pay later... this is the plan. after consulting:



From the main entrance the office appeared small Coz they were facing Off North while working. So advised them to change sitting position towards East. The office just appeared very big and spacious. They removed a shoe rack which was along the Northeast zone and placed a water fountain there. They kept a bowl of filtered water right beside the main entrance. Instantly they could feel the vibration differences. They could just feel it. It was an exciting experience.

I advised them to check on their house vastu which plays a significant role in their well being. This is the plan:

The kitchen was a major defect which was located at the Northeast sector. I urged them to remove it from that sector and place it along the Northwest zone, which was sort of like a verandah behind the house. It was abit unpractical where there is no sink at the area. However the owner was fine in walking from the sink to the stove for cooking; coz they need to see results which was, in flow of MONEY!! I advised them the northeast zone is a holy area. Only use it for praying purposes. I switched the hall to be even spacious and the vibration in the house changed just like that. See the difference of "before" floor plan and "after" floor plan. Southwest master bedroom bathroom must not be used. They followed every piece of my advice.

According to them, Their business improved. They had people calling them up for appointments. They got a doctor to come work with them, which was almost impossible to get earlier. In other words, money is coming in. They get really good sleep. Most importantly they enjoy PIECE OF MIND. This is assured if you follow vastu strictly and correctly as I advise. In just 2 days, they had someone calling them up for a point of appreciation for doing and working in the real estate line for many years. The HQ offered them a 4 digit income every month for the next 5 years as an appreciation; and they didnt have to sell anything for it. Sort of like a thanks giving. Which company will do such? This is a miracle.

I don't do voodoo to get miracles. And I don't do miracles. I spent alot of time doing research on this beautiful science of vastu and wish to share this to everyone on this planet. You can experience good stuffs if you follow vastu correctly regardless of your religion or beliefs. As I always say, never ever belief in Vastu Shastra and you don' have to belief in what I say. Just follow my advices and experience the results yourself.

On top of that, please don't read books on vastu and try acting smart rectifying the situation. Perhaps probably you might make things worst. Doing Vastu is no simple task. Its not just placing the right things at the right zone. There is much more things to be considered. Cause the decision made can either give good result or worse result.For example, If you are sick, you don't go to the bookshop to buy book on how to treat your sickness; instead you go to a doctor. Same applied in Vastu. Get a learned consultant and advice your house professionally. If the fees is a significant amount. Just proceed if its good. You pay to get consulted professionally and not believing what he has to offer. If he sells Pyramids and Feng Shui gadgets and says putting this here can give good results then you are in the process of getting conned. PYRAMIDS NEVER WORK AND NEVER WILL. Pyramid is a another science and should be applied correctly. If it works, ask them the science behind it and how it works. You have all the rights to ask, and ask and keep asking till you are convinced; and say yes it works.

One more thing to note. Before engaging a consultant, please make sure he has a good track record of satisfied clients. If you are paying a high amount. Ask as much as you can and learn as much you can from him/her. Clear your doubts.

My way of consulting is to follow up with clients until they see results of my advices. They gotta feel the differences and be satisfied, if they don't see anything, then I have failed in my work. So far, touch wood; there is good and clean a growing track record of very satisfied clients. They have progressed very well in their career, relationship healed, good sleep, health improved, they able to save money better. Unnecessary expenditure reduced tremendously and most importantly they have piece of mind when they come home.

Remedies for Vastu defects

Vastu is all about the science of structure. When I consult a property, I consider 145 types of things in that property and make a decision according to vastu.

When it comes to remedies, to be honest, there isn't something called remedies where alot of Vastu consultants claims such as the pyramids and feng shui gadgets to correct a defect.

For an example, if you consult a Feng Shui master to audit your home n pay RM3888, nowadayz even worse it may come up to RM6,888.If he detects a defect,he will never tell you the defect and its consequences. He simply tells u to put a Windchime, "the famous purple Chrystal cave" or a fountain at that corner, and you have to folk out another RM4888 to buy that stuff n put at the corner.

Let me be honest with you. 1st of all, you are paying so much to get consulted and gain much info on how u can improve the vibrations in your home. Not just believing everything he says and follow blindly. Yes I understand that you are going through times of desperation. This is when this people cut our throats even more. Then he doesn't tell you the defect and says this area "bad energy, or killing star wrong..he can be crapping which u will never know" and pushes you to buy that stuff and he can never assure you results.

Why is he doing this? Because we are the business world. Every businessman want repeat business from the same customer. For an example, if the bathroom in a location is a defect. He advices you to purchase a fountain to be kept at that corner. Stating that's the "wealth corner". He will never tell you the bathroom is flushing your wealth away. He will say put the fountain there to activate the "sha chi" or wateva "chi" stuff they will mis-use. In other words, he is re-conditioning our mind to think that the water fountain will bring wealth.

These stuffs ONLY ACT AS MIND CONDITIONER. There is no such thing as Feng Shui Gadgets. If there is, it is man made and it plays psychological game towards the human mind. And feng Shui masters cut ur throat in making a big profit margin frm these stuffs. Some say it works, if it works then its good. But does it perform at the optimum level? Have you reaped its productivity to the maximum? I don't think so.

On the other hand, CRYSTALS AND GEMSTONES ARE ONLY ENHANCERS. There is no such thing as Feng Shui crystal. If you think there is, you are upfront being conned. Crystals and Gemstone is another science by itself. It enhances ones life in their own way. How it works? Consult a specialist who deals with them. Not a feng Shui master.

How does Vastu come in hand when it comes to correcting a defect. Simple and Straight forward. First we have to distinguish between bathroom and toilets. Having both in one have to be considered carefully. Principles of vastu says, it should only be built in Northwest as 1st choice then Southeast corner. Other locations are strictly prohibited. W/C faces either north or south. Why? As we respect our Sun as a provider of the solar system where we worship, its not auspicious to sit facing East and West which is the Solar Kingdom. W/c should only face north or south. Have the Commode either in the, Southeast or Northwest side of the bathroom. Flushing involves movements. The wind corner is Northwest and Southeast fire corner (Wind reacts to fire). Bathtub can be placed on the Southwest corner as it is heavy (earth corner). Showering and Sink and mirror along North/ East wall. As Cosmic energy (prana)comes from this direction.

You cannot have bathrooms in other locations. Vastu says, Southwest should be master bedroom and it should be elevated. When a bathroom is constructed there. The floor level is lowered. In this case, the bathroom receives maximum pranic energy and having the w/c there flushes out the wealth. Similarly having it in the Northeast corner, as this is the spiritual direction. (In layman's term," Place to have God, you put shit there, how to get blessings and earn good money??")

So, in vastu, if it is a defect, break it. Then you can observe results immediately and its 100% assured to be experienced. A house should be square in shape or rectangular. Having Cut offs and extensions are defects. Feng Shui says folk out/borrow more money n spend on crystal caves. Vastu says, break it and square it up as you correct the defect 100%.

Some may argue, what if an existing house is already built and the defects cannot be corrected. For example, Staircase in the wrong direction. Then we have to re-consider its seriousness of the defect according to the direction. If its at the northeast quadrant, best is to shift out. coz its gonna drain finance terrible, if its along East, North, then its average. Having these built at the wrong location only reduces the energy level. Pyramids as many people claim can produce results. But personally dont believe in it coz i have not experience good testimony from people yet. Only sellers give good claims, but never buyers.

Perhaps the use of yantras may give good effects. Worth giving a try. And always remember, yantras are not vastu. It has connection with the directions and each directions as in vastu is associated with different planets in astrology. Yantras are made to enhance and 'ONLY INCREASE THE ENERGY LEVEL' of that area. It does not correct any defect. There are 2 types of yantras. One is copper made and the other is specially printed. Copper made can be found everywhere in the market, but you must get someone who has experience in the yantras to choose the right one for you. Never believe the seller you might get conned again. I only recommend printed ones.1st of all, printed is all the same. 2nd its printed during Muhurta time. 3rdly , they chant certain types of mantras during printing. which is good stuff.

This is no ordinary yantras. Take any of the yantras. off the lights at night in the room and you can see movements on the yantra. Dont believe what I tell you. Try it yourself. Each of these yantras is associated with the directions of planets and to be hung accordingly if there is a defect. This is the only remedy I suggest as (Last resort) But as far as possible I would not suggest these. Breaking and Squaring method ensures 100% result. You can have a look at these yantras.

Upcoming article is about an office I consulted which did not cost them any breaking or renovations. Only done a bit of shifting/swapping of rooms. 2 weeks later they had some one calling them up and offering good sum of money promised every month for a few yrs as a form of appreciation. I can't explain it in detail coz its p&c. but they are very happy now as business is picking up now from nothing to something. What I did and how did it do it will up in the next article.

As we know our earth is tilted 23.5 degrees towards the Northeast direction and it is moving from West to East direction. For an example, when we run we feel the air is coming against our direction. We feel the air. Same goes to the movement of earth towards the northeast direction as the Cosmic energy; to some they call it (Pranic energy) comes in from the Northeast direction.

This is why a lot of focus is paid towards the northeast direction. If this zone is blocked then the breadwinner will face many difficulties in life. No obstruction should be along the northeast zone; like bathroom, toilet, storeroom, staircase, master bedroom or even kitchen should be placed there. Only praying room is allowed there.

This area must be kept clean and tidy and preferably light weight or no weight at all. Keep windows open here in the morning the beneficial morning sun. Use this place for meditation and prayers. Face North or East always when praying. And keep a bowl of water (filtered water) and place it at the corner of the Northeast zone.

Northeast zone represents the water element in Vastu. Respect this zone as if its the heart of the house. This room can be used if you are not well and wish to get well fast and to recharge yourself when your are stressed out.

Why is it there are some cases of houses being robbed by thieves, some don't. Certain people get robbed or snatched? Some dogs attack people easily? Some dogs don't and keep their distance? This is due to the energy level of people and their homes. When a persons energy level or Prana energy level is low, dogs can sense it and they will attack. If a house energy level is low, thieves will sense it and notice it. How can they sense it? It comes down to their intuition and instinct and they feeling towards it. That is why some house when we go we can sense a good vibe and some we don't.

How do we know if a persons' energy level is high/low?
When you observe them talking negatively about people and themselves, gossiping and always complaining matters. They are never happy about themselves and the environment. They seldom go temple. This people has very low energy level; so they will continue to attract negative things in their lives.

How do we measure a house energy level is high/low?
First observe the Northeast direction of the house. if there is obstruction, then the house has low Prana energy. Next observe the Southwest zone, It there is no obstruction with openings, then the Prana energy has exited from this zone. Southwest zone should always be closed, heavy and less openings. Then the Energy can be stored.

As a conclusion. Leave Northeast zone free and open and keep Southwest zone closed and heavy and observe the results.


Roles of energies in Vastu Shastra:


Magnetic field (Jaivic energy)

Magnetic field of earth flows from North to South. We as humans can only observe this energy when we sleep. If we get bad dreams, cant sleep at night, or sleeping in excess then we are sleeping with our heads towards north.

Our body is receptive to the North-South Magnetic flow is due to the Iron in our blood. Our head reacts as the North pole and Legs as South pole.

When we sleep with our heads towards North, our head and the north poles repels to against each other, and we get disturbed sleep. Sometimes we even get migraine and headaches sleeping towards this direction.

The best direction to sleep is towards South. When North and South pole is against each other, it attracts and we get sound and blissful sleep. We don't really have to sleep directly towards South, it can be Southeast or Southwest too. But never Northeast or Northwest.

Solar Energy

The source of solar energy is only from the Sun. Its the source of Vitamin D as well.
The morning sun is very beneficial to our human bodies. It is best exposed during morning sunrise from 630 to 730.

Some pray towards the morning sun God and Chant the sacred Gayathri Mantra facing East, which is very very beneficial for us.

Expose yourself towards the morning sun as much as possible. Take a bath in the morning exposing to the beneficial morning sun with better absorption of Vitamin D.

The best location for kitchen is in the Southeast zone which is the fire zone. Cook facing East. The best time to cook is from 9am to 12pm. The sun will be at the Southeast zone to benefit the Positive UV rays from the Sun. After 12pm till sunset,the immense heat of the sun which is not beneficial to us at all should be avoided. After 12pm the position of the sun will be at South then Southwest then sets at West.

This is the reason why our walls at home should be thicker along the Southern and Western zone. Is is to prevent the harmful UV rays of the sun into our living premises.

As we can see, Vastu Shastra is not a belief or a superstition. Its pure science of the cosmos. Nothing to be believed or worshiped. Every principles and techniques has its scientific explanation behind it; and it can be observed regardless of religion or beliefs.

Vastu for Health

For those who are having health problems and want to recover fast, there are few Vastu tips you can consider trying in your home.

1. Locate Northeast corner of your home with a compass.

2. Keep this area as light as possible, which means no heavy stuffs, cupboards or shelf. If it is a room then you are very lucky. use this room as a praying room, meditation room and a place to recover fast. Keep this room tidy. If there are windows along Northern or Eastern wall, that is a plus point.

3. As a lady, they should not use this room during her menses. However after delivering her child, she can use this room for recovery.

4. Once the location is chosen. Design the room as follow:


5. Sleep with head towards South. Please note that behind the bed should be no windows. it should be only wall. Make sure there is space on both sides of the bed.

6. Wall color of room must only be light yellow color.

7. Keep the medication towards the Northeast corner of the room as it gets charged by the morning sun coming from that direction as well as the sacred cosmic energy there. Keep a bowl of water there. Or you also keep the drinking water there.

8. Having a window at the northeast corner of the house is very auspicious.

9. Please take note that Mirrors cannot face the bed and the door. If the mirror is beside the bed, then it is ok. For sum people who are not comfortable with mirror facing the bed, they can take a cloth and cover the mirror when they are sleeping at night.

Vastu Shastra Vs Feng Shui

Feng Shui is currently very popular around the world. It is very well commercialized and people really pay a huge amount of money to consult Feng Shui when they build a house or building. They are willing to even sponsor Feng Shui Masters air-ticket and accommodation and that is excluding his consultation fees.

However Vastu is a closely guarded secret which very rare and not so popular as Feng Shui. Only Temple priest and a small niche of architects have these knowledge. However in India, Vastu is very popular due to its origin and it is spreading around the globe.

Which to choose?? Feng Shui or Vastu?? Read on and decide...

Let me explain the differences:

Feng Shui has 5 elements which are Earth, Metal, Wood, Fire and Water. Each represents a particular directions. They pay more attention towards South. In Feng Shui, South facing Plots are considered auspicious.

However in Vastu, We have 5 elements too. termed as Water, Fire, Earth, Wind and Space. Which are what we called as (Panchaboothas) These are the only elements exist on earth. Without anyone of it, life cannot exist.

In feng Shui, there is Metal and wood which is also the Earth element. That is the controversy.

On top of that, it has its own universal Cosmo grid called Ba Gua. An Octagonal shape. They plan houses using this. Since its south Facing. South direction is categorized as Red Phoenix, North is Black Tortuise, West is white tiger and East is Green Dragon. They emphasize having Hills along the North region of a place is very auspicious and South opening is very auspicious.

In Vastu, we use the Vastu Purusha Mandala Grid for construction. As you read on upcoming articles, I will explain how do we attain this grid and it is similar to the Ba Gua in Feng Shui.

Next, they use the concept of Chi energy flow in a home to make the place more vibrant. They too uses the concept of Yin and Yang energy.

In Vastu it is termed as Prana Energy attained from the 22.5 degree tilt of the earth. So cosmic energy comes from Northeast. That is why we pay attention to Northeast and have more openings there.

Upon consulting Feng Shui, the master normal takes the persons date of birth, horoscope and does astrological calculations and results to that persons "kua number" or magic number. Upon that he decides which direction is Auspicious for him.

In Vastu, we called it Jyotisha (astrology) and Numerlogy. Upon deciding direction, we use the complex Ayadi Calculation.

The core difference between these 2 sciences is the "Area" which they apply it. Feng Shui is a need in China. Why? They pay much attention towards South due to the warm air coming from South and Southeast. They suggest high hills and mountains along Northern region as a prevention of the freezing air coming form Northern zone. This is true and they must apply it and they will experience positive results. That is why is its popular in the states on many freezing regions.

However in Vastu, it is universally applicable regardless of where you live under any conditions. Cosmic energy comes from Northeast (More open space) and it should be stored in Southwest (Less space and windows). Magnetic energy North-South. Sleep towards South for good sleep regardless of what is your "kua number" In vastu, a persons direction has an important role only when he is building a new house. The house facing direction. Thats all. An average person like you and me, to attain the pranic energy, Just face East or North to attain it for anything you do and you can observe the differences. Solar energy from the Sun from East to West. Cook facing East to attain the Vitamin D of Morning sun.

Many Feng Shui Masters uses gadgets, statues, fountains, crystals and they markup a significantly high price to their customers. On top, they name it as Feng Shui Item. In reality there is no such thing as Feng Shui Item. Feng Shui is a science and it deals with science of tapping the universal force in enhancing the well fare of human beings.

Crystal, Gemstones is another science by itself. It has enhancing values on human beings. That is true. But it is not a Feng Shui item.

Take an example of the Laughing Buddha for wealth. Buddha in reality was never that huge. However, in Indian Terminology, we have a Deity call Kuberan. He has a huge figure. He, in fact is what we call it "Laughing Buddha". He governs the North sector, planet is Mercury (Buddha). Basically it is copied and commercialized.

My opinion are these Feng Shui gadgets only act as a psychological effect when explained to customers. When a Feng Shui master says that by putting this gadget here that can enhance health. His "words" conditions us psychologically and in return when we attain it. So we thank him and that gadget, forgetting that we ourselves conditioned the conscious mind and paid focus on it to attain it.

In reality, Feng Shui is Similar to Vastu. However, Vastu has been around long time way before Feng Shui was introduced. The founder of Feng Shui is the great Lord Buddha. Thats a fact. However, in Hinduism, Buddha was a prince in India by the name of Siddartha Gautama. He was in fact a re-incarnation of Lord Vishnu. As an incarnation, He knew very well of all The Vedas (Complete knowledge) However, he denied certain rules in Hindusim that involves Killing as a mean of sacrifice. That is the reason people in India has less influence on Buddhism but had a very good response in China. As a monk, he traveled to China with his fellow monks and they picked up these Vedic Knowledge. They incorporated Taoism and other cultures Feng Shui is being born.

To conclude, upon measuring both sciences, Vastu Shastra is the origin of Feng Shui. Vastu Shastra can be applied regardless of religion and beliefs. Its a science of cosmos. If you are a member of this planet earth sheltered under 4 walls. Vastu has already been applied in your place. When negative effects occurs in your life, check your home, rectify it and get relieved. Then you will lead a comfortable life. Any activities you wish to pursue will be much easier with less struggle.

Take an example, why you don't mind spending RM15 for a cup of coffee in Star Bucks where u can spend only Rm0.90 in a coffee shop? We pay cause of the atmosphere and the ambiance we get. thats why.

Why not have a nice atmosphere within the 4 walls of your house for the rest of your life??

Vastu for Kitchen

Kitchen plays a very important role in Vastu. It represents the fire element in Vastu. Fire element is represented at the Southeast corner of the house.

Why Southeast is associated as the fire element? It is due to movement of the Sun from East to West. it is very auspicious to prepare your meals from 6am to 9am in the morning as the corner receives more light and less heat from the sun.

In the morning from 3am to 6am where it is called Brahma-Muhurtam. The sun will be located at the Northeast zone, that is why it is associated with Water element to represent calmness. It is best to do meditation and prayers at this time keep a bowl of water at the Northeast corner.

If you notice only one part of your house will be very hot, despite fan or air-cond installed. frequent quarrel and tensed, hot tempered. then that is the fire corner of the house.

Vastu is not a superstition to be believed. Its a science of cosmos and it can only be experienced.
It deals with various forces that cannot be seen but felt. For example, the tilt of earth towards Northeast at 22.5 degrees which makes Northeast part of the plot extremely auspicious for cosmic energy moving in from that direction. It deals with solar energy and how to tap the solar energy into our well being. Next is the Geopathic stress, movements of planets, wind movements, magnetic energy for us to have blissful sleep and much more.

Coming back to the kitchen at the Southeast zone just follow this principle to created a beautiful atmosphere in your kitchen.
1. Sink at North, Northeast zone.
2. Stove and electrical items along Southeast zone. Cook facing east.
3. Storage along West and South walls.
4. Fridge along Northwest zone.
5. Room color: Orange. pink, white (based planetary directions (Venus, Shukra) and cardinal directions)

This is how an ideal Southeast kitchen should be:


If kitchen on Southeast is not possible, then locating it at the Northwest is good which is the Wind corner.

Why Northwest is chosen as the alternative corner for kitchen? Because Wind supports fire. Earth and Water destroys fire.

Take note that Cooking must always face East. Other directions are not favorable. Possible consequences are cook for the sake of cooking, cooked but no one feels like eating, controversies, no mood in cooking.

The is an example of kitchen locating at Northwest zone:

Noted that kitchen color is based on planetary directions. In this case Northwest is associated with the Moon (Chandra). So its best to have it white, green or blue. Green is due to Planet mercury(Buddha) along North zone and blue for Saturn (Sani) on the west zone. White color is associated to Moon.

Upon deciding color of rooms is also another complicating task. Relationship between planets have to be considered. That is Astrology all together.
