This restaurant is not making money due to many defects. Its bathroom, storeroom and water tank is a major defect which is in the Northeast portion that blocks all opportunities coming in
Entrance is a the Southwest. Cooking towards South.
This restaurant is not making money, but loosing money. Below is the plan of original and its proposal to rectify. Its not advisable to stay at this restaurant for long, once money is made, shift out.
Kitchen should be in the Northwest portion. cook facing east. sink along Northwest zone.
